- Address the Issue with boss politely.
- Try to control your emotions and anger.
- Ensure the authenticity of subject, before trying to face.
- You have to be compassionate in behavour. Do not plead but try to convince with sympathetically.
- Keep in mind that human behavior cannot changed. They remains whole life. You can try to give your best effort by suggestion only. If feels, right, may be accepted but you cannot determine to change the BOSS.
- Try to be Consistent in your approach. Do not change your views, identity. Keep your positive behavour same as usual. Boss will like your consistent attitude, even he dislike your behavior.
- Foster
Feedback and Communication. You cannot encourage your Boss but you can
stimulate his ideas with your positive communication skills.
Don't waste
time by dreaming of taking revenge from the BOSS. Accept truth that you are
employee and he/she is your BOSS.
